The Challenge
UZE recognized the need for an ultra-mobile rapid charger to address the challenges of charging electric vehicles in urban environments. The key challenge was to integrate new charging technology into the design of a compact, lightweight, and highly portable charger, all while ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. UZE sought Voxdale's expertise to tackle these challenges and create an innovative solution.
The Solution
Voxdale collaborated closely with UZE to develop the EV Mobile Charger, an ultra-mobile rapid charger that surpassed expectations in compactness, weight, usability, and engineering excellence. Through advanced design principles and optimization techniques, we minimized the charger's footprint without compromising performance. Lightweight materials and components were carefully selected to maintain strength and durability.
Additionally, our engineering expertise allowed us to design a high-voltage battery pack with exceptional energy storage capacity, enabling rapid charging capabilities. The charger's user-friendly interface, ergonomic design, and quick deployment mechanisms ensured effortless operation and portability. Our incorporation of advanced power electronics and efficient cooling systems achieved high charging efficiency while effectively managing heat dissipation.

Conclusion
Voxdale collaborated with Mahindra Racing to optimize and design the gearbox casing and construct the body for the racing simulator. These improvements enrich the overall racing experience and enable the team to better prepare for upcoming challenges.
